Whether you’re an art lover, a visiting tourist, or a local supporter, our gallery offers something for everyone throughout the year. We proudly host four major seasonal exhibitions.
Autumn Art Exhibition
A prestigious open-entry exhibition welcoming renowned and emerging artists from across Australia, with substantial financial awards including a major acquisitive award.
Winter Exhibition
Featuring Alpine Artists, with paintings, photographs, 3-dimensional work on the theme of Winter. Includes solo shows, and curated selections from our Permanent Collection of over 400 works.
Spring Exhibition
Group and solo exhibitions, occasionally displaying works from private collections in the region.
Summer ART Awards Exhibition
A celebration of our Alpine Artists, including our Youth members, with prizes across all mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, glass, ceramics and two youth sections.
We’re also proud to host the annual Bright P-12 College Student Exhibition, highlighting creativity in our local schools.
The gallery regularly hosts musical performances and is open to enquiries from performers.
Musical Performances
The Bright Art Gallery is open to exhibition proposals from individual artists and group exhibitions.
