The energy and atmosphere within this painting is palpable. The composition and structure allude to the mountain’s grandeur and might, yet the soft cloud behind also aids to give a sense of tranquility and fresh crisp air. The peak’s centre of interest, together with an accurate perspective and good use of colour and consistency throughout the whole artwork, make for a very successful painting. Congratulations Steve.
