INFORMATION:
This exhibition is open to all artist members of the Bright Art Gallery (Alpine Artists)
All entries must be on the theme of “Winter”.
Also featured during the winter exhibition is the famous ‘Buckland Screens’ painted by Thomas Lawler.
The screens are only exhibited once a year during the Winter Exhibition, lasting two weeks.
Paintings – Photographs – 3-Dimensional, plus select Works from the Permanent Collection.

Judge’s comment: “ A stunning still life painting, which displays the artist’s ability to utilise a strength of design and suitable art elements, to achieve the required result. The drama of strong overhead lighting has been utilised to advantage to enhance the required form and also the more subtle suggestions of reflected light and patterns within the pos and foreground. A well-unified and thoughtfully presented painting”
